The Digital Agriculture Ecosystem Assessment for Colombia, 2023

In this report The AgTech Network provides a comprehensive overview of Colombia's digital agriculture landscape. For this project we have interviewed over 30 organisations (actively doing work in Colombia), and profiled over 150 digital services and solutions for the agricultural sector. Our research has identified opportunities for impactful investments and interventions for enhancing the digital agriculture ecosystem and supporting innovation. Key objectives of this research included mapping relevant actors in the digital agriculture ecosystem, pinpointing challenges and opportunities for effective technology adoption in the agriculture sector, and assessing the specific hurdles and prospects for smallholder farmers and youth in digital agriculture. Special focus in this report has been given to climate adaptation of the agricultural sector and developing PDET areas through AgTech innovations. The report was published in 2023.
